Description is deceptive, as this is a US Motors replacement, not a Pentair. Is a perfect fit, and works well, except that it is noisier than the previous Pentair.

Bought this motor thinking I would be getting a Pentair labeled motor. However, it came in a Baldor box. This is fine, but different than expected. Dimensionally it's a perfect fit. Very quite. I would recommend this motor for anyone looking to replace a Pentair motor.

This is an original manufacturer motor at a price less than other places wanted for the after-market. It works great and matches the color of my other pool stuff. Love it.

Motor arrived in a timely manner and worked fine. Be aware that it comes with no instructions, so make sure you have the manual from your original pool pump. It also comes with no new shaft seal, so you may want to order a seal and o-ring kit at the time you order the motor.

Everything worked and advertised , called on Saturday was shipped on Monday.

Replaced a 14 year old motor that was probably installed incorrectly and had a significant amount of corrosion. New motor is so much quieter hard to tell it is running.

Very quiet, new design has capacitor in the the rear cap rather than on top.

I received the Pentair motor on time as quoted by the rep. Thanks for your prompt service.

I personally wouldn't go with one of those after market replacement motors. Just get the OEM replacement and it's a breeze replacing it. This pump is working like brand new now.
