To open Chlorinator

Shut off pump and turn dial control valve to off. Shut off any other inline valves to prevent back flow-if applicable. Wait on minute.
Unscrew press relief bolt on knurled cover cap and turn the cap counter-clockwise to open. Do not inhale fumes from chlorinator.

To close Chlorinator

Turn the cover clockwise to secure and screw the press relief bolt tightly.
Place dial control valve to desired setting. Open in-line valve and restart pump. Check all connections, tubing, etc., for tight, leak-proof fit. Replace worn or damaged parts immediately.
