So first let me say that while Raypak support is very slow to respond to online requests their support is top notch. When you can get to support they are very knowledgeable and can help a lot if you have any issues.

This unit is still very new so hard to find help online with this but suffice it to say this was a very simple install if you are doing yourself. Unit can be mounted on a pad in any orientation but just note you cannot swap the water and gas connections.

Unit can be installed in any direction as the top can be related any way you need for control panel access.

Make sure to double check your gas supply and manifold pressures at the valve as this can be a little tricky if you do not watch it. I had an issue where a safety valve was kicking off the supply when the unit was trying to turn on but if I had paid closer attention to the supply pressure I would have noticed this quicker.

Overall I have used this a couple times and it puts out some great heat and love the ability to add automations to make sure the unit does not run all the time and also setup to send me emails to remind me. Only other odd thing is it does make some funny noises so choose your placement carefully if you do not want to hear the unit all the time it's running.
