It took three of these in order to make two descent ones. The cushioned parts (seat and back) are made of very thin material and will easily nick if dropped on a hard surface. The structure of the chair looks in places as if someone used a hand saw to cut the wood. It definitely isn't furniture quality wood and again, if dropped, you better have a furniture pen to cover the nick/scratch. I would say this chair is worth about half the price they're asking for it and if quality matters to you, I would probably look elsewhere, not online for this type of chair. On the positive, customer service was absolutely excellent and sent me a knew chair immediately and without question. Five stars for them all the way.
