spirals down
to the sediment chamber. The filtered water, now free of debris,
migrates towards
the center of the hydro cyclone where the flow reverses and water
spirals
upwards and out of the unit.
There are no electrical components or moving parts to wear
and tear, and no filter media to clean or replace. The MultiCyclone
literally spins the dirt and debris out of your pool water. Accumulation
of the dirt and
debris can be visibly monitored through the MultiCyclone’s clear
sediment
chamber. The
MultiCyclone is easily cleaned by opening its purge valve while the pump
is
running. Only four gallons of water is discharged to cleanse the
MultiCyclone, which is miniscule considering a sand filter requires 185
gallons to clean.
