Warranty
All warranty claims must be handled directly through the manufacturer. AquaRev offers a Lifetime Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship on core mechanical components for the functional life of the device, as determined by AquaRev.
What’s Covered:
The warranty applies to key structural and internal components of the unit, with AquaRev providing repair, refurbishment, or replacement at their discretion.
Coverage Requirements:
To maintain warranty eligibility, the unit must be properly installed by a qualified professional, operated within AquaRev guidelines, and maintained with proper water chemistry at its original installation location.
What’s Not Covered:
Consumable parts, external components, and damage caused by improper installation, misuse, chemical imbalance, environmental conditions, or unauthorized modifications are excluded.
Additional Details:
The warranty does not cover labor, shipping, or downtime costs and is non-transferable.
