Warranty

All warranty claims for BuildTuff products must be handled directly through the manufacturer.

BuildTuff offers a limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and damage during shipping when purchased directly from BuildTuff.com or an authorized reseller. Pool Supply Unlimited is an authorized reseller. To make a claim, customers should first evaluate whether the issue is warranty-related and then submit a detailed claim with photos or videos.

Claims made within 30 days of purchase may qualify for a full replacement, while claims between 30–200 days may qualify for discounted replacement products with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty claims, and BuildTuff is not liable for incidental damages, labor, or removal/installation costs.

Warranty coverage does not extend to products bought secondhand or from unauthorized sellers, nor does it cover misuse, neglect, normal wear, or damage caused by not following installation or care instructions. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase.
