Warranty
All warranty claims must go directly through the manufacturer.
Danner Manufacturing will repair or replace any pump found to be defective within the product’s specified warranty period, provided the pump was purchased new from Danner or an authorized reseller. Warranties begin on the date of purchase and do not renew. Customers must return the defective product if requested and include valid proof of purchase in order to receive service.
Key points:
- Pumps purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered.
- Any pump with a cut, damaged, or altered power cord is not eligible for warranty service.
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper installation is excluded.
- Shipping damage that occurs after the carrier receives the package must be addressed with the carrier, not Danner.
Customers may be required to pay a small handling fee, and warranty terms can vary by product, so reviewing the manual for specific coverage periods is recommended.
