Warranty
All warranty claims must go through the manufacturer.
ESPA provides up to a three-year warranty on pumps sold from January 1, 2022 onward. Warranty coverage applies to the original purchaser when the product has been installed and maintained according to ESPA guidelines. If a defect is confirmed under normal use, ESPA will repair or replace the product or component at no charge.
What the Warranty Covers:
- Up to three years of coverage on ESPA pumps
- Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
- Repair or replacement of defective parts as determined by ESPA
- Warranty service performed only through authorized ESPA technical service providers
What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, neglect, alteration, or running the pump without water
- Any repairs or service performed by non-authorized technicians
- Damage from environmental conditions, power supply issues, or accidents
- Use of non-genuine parts or accessories
- Costs for inspection, removal, installation, or shipping if the issue is not covered
- Cosmetic concerns or normal wear that does not affect performance
