Warranty

All warranties are handled directly through the manufacturer.

Halco Lighting Technologies offers a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Products that fail to perform according to published specifications may, at Halco’s discretion, be replaced or credited following inspection. Warranty coverage varies by product type. Most LED fixtures carry up to a 5-year limited warranty.

Lamps: Halco’s Lamp Limited Warranty covers LED lamps based on rated life, with line-voltage LED lamps typically covered for 2 years with a 15,000-hour L70 life and 3 years with a 25,000-hour L70 life. Specific warranty terms may vary by product and are detailed in Halco’s official warranty documentation and product specification sheets.
