The Anderson Manufacturing Closed Brass Hook Expansion Plug is designed to create a secure seal inside 1-1/2" pool and spa plumbing lines during winterization, pressure testing, and plumbing maintenance. Its 1-1/2" extension between the rubber sealing surface and wingnut allows the plug to seal past threaded fittings in return lines, main drains, and other plumbing applications where a standard expansion plug may not provide the ideal sealing position.

The integrated brass hook handle features a right-angle bend that makes installation, positioning, and removal easier, especially in hard to reach plumbing openings. This design provides added control when tightening the plug while helping create a dependable, leak resistant seal.
