Good outcome in the end

After initially receiving the incorrect part, the Customer Service folks at Pool Supply Unlimited came through with flying colors. Very uncommon in today's world, I had a dedicated CS person (Byron; gold star) who made sure that I was taken care of. He and I traded emails over a few days and about a week later a box showed up at my door with the correct parts. I wish more companies would follow this customer service model. Thanks Byron and PSU.

Great Customer Support

The switch I needed was easy to find. But locating the correct seal that matched my motor and pump was difficult. The difference between the right seal and wrong seal was an eighth of an inch. Debbie Ortiz Zuniga did an exceptional job helping me identify the right part, the first time, and it fit perfectly.
