A soft resin encapsulant with good handling and performance characteristics
Excellent for applications with constant exposure to water
Low viscosity
Flows well at low temperatures, filling closures and minimizing voids
Bonds to most cable jackets
Bonds to itself
An excellent multi-purpose, moisture-sealing, flexible resin

Applications:

Replacing or repairing the jacket on both single and multicore power cables
Sealing the crotch or sheath when terminating multicore cables
Potting flush-mounted junction boxes
Connecting underwater luminaries for fountains, waterfalls and other water features
RC-7000-350 can be used as a substitute for 3M Scotchcast Re-enterable Electrical Insulating Resin 2123.
RC-7000-350 is more crosslinked, giving it a cleaner breakaway and better moisture resistance than 3M's Re-enterable Electrical Insulating Resin 2123.
