BWT offers a limited warranty for all of their robotic pool cleaners in the United States, managed through their online warranty system. Most residential pool cleaner models, including the RC50, F1R, Advanced Pro 600, and D600 APP, carry a 2‑ to 3‑year warranty, with some models offering an additional 1-year limited coverage for components such as the motor, cable, and power supply.
If a unit is found to be defective within 14 days of purchase, customers can return it to the dealer for a full refund, replacement, or repair. Dealers submit warranty claims online, typically receiving a response within 48 hours. For returns within the first 90 days, BWT may cover shipping to and from their U.S. service center; after 90 days, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
This warranty ensures that BWT pool cleaners are supported for both parts and workmanship during the coverage period.
