I have a cpsc36 that doesn't turn on when the pool starts up each morning. I'd rather not switch out the cell since that's relatively new and working fine. Do you have a control unit that will work with my system?
My current unit is the same as this one. It completely shows no sign of power and will display nothing . Will this unit work with a cpx36 replacement cell. I just purchased this cell from you a less than a year ago . Or is there a way to repair the current ?
BEST ANSWER:I can tell you that I had the same problem with the unit not having any power or display. I found out there is a fuse inside the unit that had blown. I think there are 6 screws you have to loosen to take the back off and then you can see the clear glass fuse inside on the board with the wires. I went to my local pool supply and they got 1 for me. I believe it was only about 3 dollars and this took care of the problem.

my compupool CPSC is displaying Water fault. I have checked everything I know and the book says it is not producing chlorine when this is displayed. How do I know if the problem is the control panel or the salt cell?
BEST ANSWER:I have the CPX instead of the CPSC but my water fault error was the result of low salt. It was weird because it also has a low salt warning but it skipped that and went to water fault.

I received the CompuPool Power Pack after my Titanium Edition Salt-Chlorinator stopped working. It was very easy to install, the features/display panel is easy to understand and it's working great!
