Good Experience

First one arrived in 3 days but was faulty. Customer service was very good in handling the issue and getting replacement sent out. Not thrilled with the product. It seems to be working ok but craftsmanship in manufacturing is not great. Would deal with Pool Suppy Unlimited again but probably would go with OEM.

I have a Hayward aquatrol version 1.45 will this cell work?

BEST ANSWER: It worked for about a year and then stopped working. I contacted the company multiple times to use the warranty and they never helped, returned communication or honored the warranty. I will never buy from them again. I ordered the original Hayward replacement with no issues.

Yes. I have this same system and it works great! I was hesitant to buy this at first but I’m glad I did. You can actually see it generating and it’s a much cheaper option than the local pool store.

I have a hayward salt genrator with version 1.40 software. Will a T-cell-5 operate?

BEST ANSWER: The T-Cell-5 is only for the replacement of the T-Cell-5 for the AquaTrol unit.
