Contains the parts needed to fasten a single solar collector to a supporting surface and to make water connections from one collector to another. Hold-Down Strap is not included and must be ordered separately.

 

This warranty issued by Elm Distribution, hereinafter referred to as "ED", applies to unglazed polymer absorber plates purchased for use on swimming pools, spas, or hot tubs, and installed in North America (The United States, Canada and Mexico). It extends to the first retail buyer on whose premises the equipment is initially installed.

 

ED warrants that all Elm Distribution unglazed polymer swimming pool solar collectors manufactured by it shall be free from defects in material and workmanship, will withstand the effects of freezing weather and will not fail from corrosion or from scale or deposits in the walls of its water passages. If a defect becomes evident within ten (10) years from the date of initial installation, ED will provide a repair method, or at its option replace the solar collector within a reasonable time and without charge for parts. ED will be responsible only for the cost of the replacement solar collector. ED will not pay any labor costs for repair, removal, or installation.
