Will this heat above ground pool 18x52?

BEST ANSWER: No, this is not a heat pump, it simply pumps water. It is primarily used in conjunction with a pool cover, in cold weather areas where pool are covered for the winter. It keeps the water from rising too high, which when frozen can do major damage to tile, coping, etc.
