need replacement for flo-master xp2 model 06526397-2 what pump do you recommend?

BEST ANSWER: Check out old one and compare frame size and hp. I went with the 48 frame 4hp? Xp2. Fit right in. Had to turn pump for proper direction but was not too difficult as i thought. The tub said it was a 5 horsepowerbut the sticker underneath was different so i was not sure what hp i really needed so i got the one similar to what you are looking at.

BEST ANSWER: Yes. You can unscrew the pump and rotate it . But it may raise or lower the outlet depending on which way you turn it. I f looking from motor to pump mine is on leftl

Need to replace flo-master xp 4.5hp model 06630397-2 what do you reccomend?

BEST ANSWER: This Pump is a work horse. I've run a the same model pump 24/7 for 6 yrs and replaced it with another of the same because, it performs. FYI the 1st pump failed only because the plumbing sprung a leak and shorted it out. Lots of pressure for the jets, its pretty much perfect! Quiet and powerful! The Tub size was 300 gallons and it works! You can't beat the price for the performance and reliability!
