Warranty

All warranty must go through the manufacturer. Glacier Pool Coolers, warrants all parts to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of retail purchase. This warranty applies to both residential and commercial installations and is valid only for the original retail purchaser. The warranty is non transferable and applies only to products that remain in their original installation location.

What Is Not Covered

The limited warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

Improper installation, operation, or maintenance not performed according to manufacturer instructions
Installation or service performed by third party installers
Failure to maintain proper pool water chemistry including but not limited to pH, alkalinity, and total dissolved solids
Abuse, neglect, accidents, fire, flood, lightning, insects, rodents, debris, or Acts of God
Scaling, freezing, or inadequate water circulation
Use of non authorized or non factory replacement parts or accessories
Electrical issues such as incorrect wiring, power surges, or power outages
Salt corrosion or rust caused by salt chlorinated pools
Damage occurring during shipping or freight

Warranty Limitations

Glacier Pool Coolers’ sole obligation is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts, at their discretion
Labor costs, removal or reinstallation charges, shipping, and transportation costs are not covered
This warranty replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Glacier Pool Coolers is not responsible for incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages

Additional Notes Warranty coverage applies to parts only. Labor warranties, if any, are determined by the installer or service provider. Proper installation and ongoing maintenance are required to maintain warranty eligibility. Product registration may be required per manufacturer guidelines.
