Is this item the entire cable or just the swivel piece?

BEST ANSWER: This is the entire cable. Optionally, if you want to remove the two original float bulbs from the original/old cable to add to the new cable it is easy enough to do by depressing the lock tabs then separating the bulb housing to expose the styrofoam inside...move the float bulbs to the new cable in roughly the same locations.

It’s the entire cable. Make sure you keep your old cable floating buoys or buy new ones. The new cable doesn’t come with them.
