Acrathane Color Seal

Multicoat's Acrathane Colorseal consists of a series of high quality water based modified resins that provide a high quality, tough durable seal on masonry, cementitious, and other building substrates. Typical application is to the Krete Kote system and ideally suited for pool decks. Can be used to restore old kool deck surfaces.

ACRATHANE COLORSEAL and CLEAR SEAL are premium quality, solid color deck sealers designed for application over the KRETE KOTE System. Can be used over old Kool-Deck type materials. Heavy bodied material, rolled (or sprayed) in two coats to seal decks. Withstands all harsh pool chemicals and heavy commercial foot traffic. Water base material for easy clean up. Coverage is 300 to 400 sf per gallon per coat.

Surface Preparation

Substrate must be structurally sound and free from grease, oil, dirt, dust, sealers, water repellents and other foreign materials which may interfere with proper bonding. Surface must be completely dry prior to COLORSEAL or CLEARSEAL application.

Multicoat KRETE KOTE and TOP COAT must be allowed to set up and cure for at least 24 to 48 hours before COLORSEAL application. New concrete should be allowed to cure for a minimum of 20 days, and be free from curing compounds, release agents if any, and other water repellent materials which may prevent proper bonding. Do not use on treated lumber.

What are the color choices? And how much prep is needed for re-coat over existing Acrathane Colorseal?
