Novagard RTV 700 Series
Silicone grouts and tile adhesives for application in the pool & spa industry. Novagard adhesives and grouts are excellent products for many O.E.M. and service maintenance needs. New process formulations feature improved resistance to mold and mildew. Novagard adhesives are available in two formulas: (1) oxime, or neutral-cure where corrosion, and odor may be an issue, or in applications where adhesion to varying substrates is critical, and (2) acetoxy cure where the industry standard will meet your needs. Novagard grouts are a slower tack material to allow for longer tooling time and easy clean up. These low-odor, silicones are easy to use, require no mixing and the uncured products clean up with soap and water. Silicone grouts are mold and mildew resistant, and always remains flexible so they will not crack or fall out of joints. Grouts are only available in neutral-cure formulations.

I have a fiberglass in ground pool. When the pool was delivered, it appears that the tile installer used regular sanded grout instead of a silicone product. After a few years, my tiles began to fall off, so I sought an alternative solution to contacting the pool installer. I found this product and it was delivered as advertised. Seems to hold up well so far. Be aware, this is VERY sticky, not like that cheap silicone you get at the big box stores, So plan ahead and be prepared when you cut the opening on this stuff. I would purchase this product again and recommend it!

I have grout breaking up on my kitchen ceramic floor and someone told me rubberized grout with silicone is good to fill in even if the tiles are lose. Is this product good for that purpose?

BEST ANSWER: I really dont know if it will work or not, all I can tell you is this is by far the best product I have ever used, it is almost a year since I used it on my tiles in my spa and it looks the same as the day I used it, by far exceeds any expectations I ever had and nothing at the big box stores ever worked..not expensive so I would definitely give it a try.

It will work but it's just a bandage, to correctly fix the problem you must reset the loose tile then regrout the tiles.

I am mosacing the inside of a cement birdbath with stained glass. Does the adhesive dry clear? Also, can I use the grout with the stained glass?

Is this a light tan or dark tan?

BEST ANSWER: It is of a darker shade, you can certainly tell it is tan but it is not towards the beige side. Looks like the color of slightly wet dirt with a slight shift to the red brown side of the color spectrum.

BEST ANSWER: It is of a darker shade, you can certainly tell it is tan but it is not towards the beige side. Looks like the color of slightly wet dirt with a slight shift to the red brown side of the color spectrum.

I have a fiberglass in ground pool. When the pool was delivered, it appears that the tile installer used regular sanded grout instead of a silicone product.
