Rugged All-Brass Headers
Resist corrosion, and are easily removed for inspection or service. AB 1953 low-lead complaint.
Cupro-nickel Finned-tube
Single bank, straight through design delivers lowest pressure drop. Integral fins have ten times the heat transfer surface of plain tubes. Cupro-nickel tubes provide superior chemical resistance over copper for tough commercial installations.
On-off Operation.
Corrosion Resistant Steel
Fittings are brushgalvanized against rust. Heat shields are corrosion-resistant steel. Jacket has Polytuf powder coat finish.
24-Volt Controls
Are totally enclosed for protection. Cover is easily removed for inspection and service.
Floating Return Header
Immunizes heat exchanger to thermal shock.
Tube Sheet and “O” Ring Construction
Eliminates the repair and maintenance problems associated with rolling tubes directly into a casting.

Unitherm Governor (std on 926-1223)
This provides a temperature-activated valve inside the header which varies flow through the heat exchanger. No pump on the heater. Flow comes from an external source.
H-Style Bypass (std on 1336-1826)
This provides a larger manually-set bypass to bring heated water back to the inlet, raising the temp inside the heat exchanger. For size 1336, the H-bypass is horizontal with a rear-mounted pump. For sizes 1468-1826, the H-bypass is vertical with a front-mounted pump.

Warranty

Raypak, Inc. (“Raypak”) warrants to the original owner that the below model pool and spa heater (the “Heater”) when installed in the contiguous 48 states of the United States of America with a pool or spa by a properly licensed installer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the Applicable Warranty Period. The foregoing warranty will extend to subsequent owners solely as required by applicable state law. Under this Limited Warranty, Raypak will, at its option, repair or furnish a replacement for any defective part of the HEATER. The repair or replacement will be warranted for only the unexpired portion of the original Applicable Warranty Period (as defined below).

AVIA HD Models with NiTek heat exchanger: 264, 404	Two (2) years following the Effective Date for parts and labor. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the NiTek heat exchanger is warranted for three (3) years following the Effective Date for parts and labor.

Crosswind Heat Pump Pool Heater Models: 30-I, 40-I, 50-I, 65-I	Two (2) years following the Effective Date for labor and seven (7) years following the Effective Date for parts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the titanium tube component of the titanium heat exchanger is warranted for ten (10) years following the Effective Date for parts and two (2) years following the Effective Date for labor.
E3T Single-Phase Pool and Spa Heater Models: 0005, 0011, 0018, 0027 E3T 3-Phase Commercial Pool Heater Models: 0018, 0024, 0030, 0045 and 0054	One (1) year following the Effective Date labor and parts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the electrical heating element of the Heater is warranted for only ninety days (90) following the Effective Date.

* THIS WARRANTY PERIOD IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR HEATERS INSTALLED ANYWHERE OTHER THAN A SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING, AS THIS HEATER IS NOT INTENDED FOR COMMERCIAL INSTALLATION.
