BEST ANSWER: I purchased the 110V/NC013. The number above is printed on the unit. I don't know the difference between the NC1013 and NC1023. I have a black smartpool climber.

i just replaced the pump motor and drive motor for my nitro wall climber and it ran for a little while and then the pump motor impeller started to engage clicking on and off and will not stay running; the power pack reads 29 dc volts and is rates at 24 volts can you help me out ?
