Good company and good customer service!
Good company first part arrived quickly and was packaged well and in good shape. Still waiting on the second part but thats because of a supply issue. They were quick to respond to my emails via questions about my second part.

Got the replacement flow switch in a few days and changed broken switch in record time.
Ordered flow switch and replaced broken switch with the new one. Took less than 5 minutes to replace. System is working perfectly.

I have pure chlor system , is this compatible ? Thanks

BEST ANSWER: I had luck with the flow switch being compatible...... although if your chlorinator or power supply box goes out you CANNOT integrate those parts. You will need to buy all new matching system.

Make sure you order the correct plugs,(round or flat). Also, you may want to run the diagnostic on the unit to verify it's the flow switch and NOT the power unit thats bad.

Is the paddle supposed to move or is it stationary?

BEST ANSWER: The paddle is supposed to move back and forth freely. If it doesn't the flow switch is broken

It should move. If it is stationary, you need a new flowswitch
