This pool stain treat spotting bag removes most blue, brown, yellow, metallic and organic leaf stains from pool. Without scrubbing or rubbing the stain will disappear within 24 hours by simply placing a spotting bag directly over a stain and pinning it down with a pool brush. Remove rust and copper marks. Minimize any damage to the surface. These bags are effective on plaster, marcite, vinyl, fiberglass and painted pools. Clean the spots while you relax. Keep out of reach of children's.

Can this be used in salt water pool?

BEST ANSWER: I have used in a salt water pool without issues. Good product.

I have a vinyl lined in ground pool. it is 18 X 38 with a hopper diving end. It has a greenish surface stain that wont brush off. The only product Ive found that works is Pool Stain Remover by United Chemical. The spot bags work well however it would take 25 plus bags to do the entire pool. Is there another product that will treat the entire liner?

BEST ANSWER: I would buy the same product but in the 2# container instead. Each one is good for treating up to 20K gallons of water. Here is the link.

Pool Stain Treat worked great where applied to vinyl pool liner on bottom. I need to remove similar brown stain from pool sides. How do I apply to get maximum impact on side stains?
