Weld-On P-68 Purple Primer is an ultra low VOC, THF free, fast acting primer designed to prepare PVC and CPVC pipe and fittings before applying solvent cement. It rapidly softens and cleans joining surfaces to promote strong, reliable solvent welded connections. The purple formula provides a visible indication that primer has been applied, making it ideal for installations where plumbing codes require proof of priming. Suitable for all rigid PVC and CPVC pipe and fittings used in pool, spa, plumbing, and irrigation applications.
