For natural gas is a regulator required for grill? I have a gas line from my house that I'd like to use for the BBQ grill. Thanks

BEST ANSWER: Absolutely yes. Most utility companies provide natural gas at a pressure too high for any appliance that uses gas. This allows the utility to use smaller piping for the service lines. I would suggest that you contact a professional for your local use to verify your situation. You may not need the regulator at the grill if your entire house is reduced at your meter. Hope this helps!
