Pool Lifts and Structural Components

5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship

Electrical Components

5-year prorated warranty
Full coverage years 1 and 2, decreasing coverage years 3 to 5

Hydraulic Actuators and Mesh Slings

1 year warranty

ProWave Pool Bike

3-year limited warranty on frame
1 year warranty on parts and transmission

Tidal Wave Pool Bike

3-year warranty on metal frame
1 year warranty on other components

AquaJogg Hydro Treadmill

2-year warranty on metal frame
6-month warranty on wearing parts

Pool Access Chairs and Walkers

1-year limited warranty on parts and labor (varies by model)

Warranty Exclusions: Damage due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, failure to maintain, normal wear and tear, labor costs, shipping fees, and unauthorized alterations are not covered.

Claims Process: Customers must provide place of purchase, product details, serial number, purchase and installation dates, and description of defect. Aqua Creek will repair or replace defective parts at its discretion. Freight charges are typically the customer’s responsibility.
