Warranty

All warranty is through the manufacturer (Artistry In Mosaics).

Artistry In Mosaics offers a full two-year warranty on all products, guaranteeing them to be free from manufacturing defects from the date of original purchase. In the rare event of a defect, AIM will provide replacement tile at no cost. Please note that labor costs for removal or reinstallation are not covered.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, substrate movement, transit, chemical exposure, or extraordinary acts of nature. Normal shade and size variations are considered natural characteristics of the product and enhance its unique appearance. Products must be inspected prior to installation, as any visible defects or nonconformities will not be covered once the tile is installed—use constitutes acceptance. AIM will make reasonable efforts to color match replacement tile, but exact matches cannot be guaranteed. Additionally, AIM is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

For warranty coverage to apply, all products must be installed using the proper American National Standards Institute (ANSI) guidelines, including:

ANSI A108.10 – Installation of grout in tilework ANSI
A108.16 – Installation of paper-faced, back-mounted, edge-mounted, or clear film face-mounted glass mosaic tile (also applies to porcelain and glass mosaics)
ANSI A118.7 – High performance cement grouts
ANSI A118.15 – Improved modified dry-set cement mortar

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Artistry In Mosaics. No employee, dealer, or agent is authorized to alter or extend it. To initiate a claim, customers must contact the Artistry In Mosaics Customer Service Department.
