Bull emphasizes quality, durability, and performance. Their ReliaBull flame tamers help provide more even heat distribution across grilling surfaces. Their offerings include modular outdoor kitchen collections (such as the DuraBull lineup), drop-in grill heads, carts, side burners, pizza heads, fire tables/pits, and accessory components like drawers, doors, and sinks. Bull supports its products with a unified Customer Service Portal for parts, support, warranty registration, and RMA processing.

Warranty

All warranty must be handled directly through Bull Outdoor Products.

Warranty is available to the original purchaser only, for products used in normal residential (non-commercial) settings. Warranty service is requested through Bull’s website via their Warranty Service Center (claims must be submitted online).

Coverage by Component Type:

Gas Grills (current models)

1 year: lid, control panel, grease tray, bezels, knobs, temperature gauge, valves, regulator, flex tubes, rotisserie burner, transformer, lighting components
3 years: manifold, handle end caps, flame tamers, heat shields, warming rack
Lifetime: insert assembly, cooking grates (bullbbq.com) Burners vary: cast stainless steel (lifetime), welded stainless steel burners (5 years), porcelain-coated burners (3 years)

Component Products (carts, refrigerators, drawers, etc.)

Standard parts: 1 year
Specific exceptions (for example: burners or manifolds) follow the same pattern as grill components (e.g., 3-year manifold)

Charcoal Grills 1 year on most parts, except insert assembly which has 5-year coverage
Pizza Ovens / Islands / Fire Features

All parts and construction materials carry a 1-year warranty
