Warranty

All warranty claims must go directly through the manufacturer, Confer Plastics Inc.

Confer Plastics warrants its pool and spa steps, ladders, and entry systems to be free from manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five years from the date of manufacture or purchase.

The warranty is limited to products installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, chemical exposure beyond normal conditions, or alterations not approved by Confer Plastics
