Warranty
All warranty claims must go through the manufacturer.
FeherGuard offers a limited warranty on their solar cover reels, typically ranging from three to five years depending on the model. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation. FeherGuard will supply replacement parts or a replacement reel at their discretion.
What the Warranty Covers:
- Three-to-five-year limited warranty depending on the product
- Defects in materials or workmanship
- Replacement parts provided when a claim is approved
What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Consumable items such as straps, screws, and bearings
- Discoloration or normal wear on aluminum components
- Damage from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow instructions
Incidental or consequential damages
- Items returned without prior authorization
