Warranty

All warranty must go through the manufacturer. AquaStar warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of original installation. This limited warranty applies only if the product manufactured by AquaStar is the sole and exclusive cause of a defect.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

Damage due to improper installation, unauthorized alterations, accidents, misuse, abuse, or neglect
Routine maintenance, cleaning, or normal wear and tear
Non-compliance with provided instructions
Any unit that has been altered or modified.
The use of non-AquaStar approved parts or components

Should a defect, malfunction, or failure occur within the warranty period under normal use, AquaStar reserves the right to evaluate the situation and, at its discretion, take appropriate corrective action, which may include repair or replacement of the defective product.

Extended Warranty for Pipeline Pumps:

The warranty period is three years from the date of purchase for AquaStar Pipeline Pump pool pumps.

Extended Warranty for Pipeline Filters:

The warranty period extends to three years from the date of purchase when a Pipeline Filter is installed alongside an AquaStar Pipeline Pump. Both units must be installed at the same time. A Pipeline filter not installed at the same time as a Pipeline pump carries a standard one year warranty.
