All warranty claims go through the manufacturer. Aquatic Access warrants all structural components of its pool and spa lifts to be free from mechanical defects for six (6) years from the date of purchase, provided the product has not been altered, misused, or abused. Operational components — including valves, seals, hoses, seat shells, headrests, and footrest pads — are warranted for two (2) years from the date of purchase under the same conditions.
Under this warranty, Aquatic Access will replace warranted parts free of charge and ship them directly to the owner or dealer. Parts can be replaced with common tools; therefore, no labor charges are covered. If factory labor is required, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to and from the factory.
To maintain warranty coverage and ensure the lift’s longevity, the stainless steel finish should be inspected monthly. Any spots should be cleaned with a plastic pad and stainless steel cleaner, then waxed as needed. When the lift is not in use for extended periods, it should not be stored in the same area as pool chemicals.
