We absolutely love our new Dolphin Nautilus CC Supreme robot pool cleaner. This replaced a 9-year old Dolphin where we were looking for something that we could control with smart phones. In addition to scheduling and remote control, the best feature, as compared to the older models, is the top loading filters. Instead of having to flip the unit over and pry open the filter compartment and spend 20 minutes cleaning a filter bag, the CC Supreme filters pop out of the top and are easy to rinse off with a garden hose in about 2 minutes.

Love this product! Even gave it a name, Godzilla because it destroys everything dirty in it’s path!

With the 3 brushes, it cleans my pool with a liner very good. the nice thing is the remote thru the iPhone for spot cleaning.

Finally a robot that doesn’t get stuck in the main drains!! The delivery was fast. The staff was very accommodating.

Our Maytronics Dolphin Nautilus CC Supreme (we call scrubbing bubbles). Scrubbing bubbles does an amazing job on the fine dirt in the pool! Scrub the walls the waterline like a champ. The only issue I have had is acorns do not fit in to the slots or get stuck in the slots. So I still run the Polaris, then run scrubbing bubbles three times a week.

the dolphin does a good job with both the bottom and walls really climes the walls used the general filter
then the fine filter pool looked clean befor the fine filter
it sucked up looks like a cement color and consistency
powdered sugar was surprised plus it keeps my dog entertained
great product so easy to rinse filters and use

Easy to order great communication and fast delivery. What more can you ask for?

Bought the Dolphin on recommendation of a friend, and the Nautilus CC Supreme after some research. Couldn't be happier with the product or the service from PoolSupply.

Vacuum replaces a Polaris "pressure" vac that just wasn't doing much of anything on a daily cycle. Had to manually vacuum twice a week and scrub the sides everyday.

Now with "Poomba" (nickname for our unit..."Pool" + "Roomba") on a every-other day schedule we are down to 0 manual vacuuming and only scrubing "hot sports" a few times a week. Plus it's SILENT and uses so much less electricity compared to the Polaris and it's secondary pump that screamed like a banshee.

Not cheap but worth every penny.

I just put in a new pool for the first time and didn't look to babysit and keep it clean obsessively. Enter the Dolphin Nautilus CC Supreme.

This robot works great! No hose to worry about. No hooking it up through your pool system. It works like a roomba for your pool.

Does a great job cleaning. I especially like how it cleans the waterline. The smartphone app difficult to use for manual control. It is very difficult if not impossible to control the direction of the robot manually.

The Supreme does an outstanding job cleaning our kidney shaped pool. Only two issues. It leaves blue plastic "skid marks" around the steps and some areas where the walls meet the floor. The other is the internet (WIFI) interface that you have to be very particular with or you have to delete the Iphone app and start all over again. Wish the internet interface was more user friendly. As stated it does an outstanding job cleaning the pool

Only thing I don’t like is that when in manual mode and I’m trying to steer the robot, there’s about a 3 second lag, other than that, it’s a great pool cleaner.

I have had this robot for two years now, and have had experience with two other robots. This machine is reasonably well constructed, the cart is a bit flimsy, but I don't really use it. The cables are long enough. The filter cartridge capacity could be larger, especially in the spring and fall when there is more debris in the pool.

Some background. Our pool is a natural pool, designed to use no chemicals, salt, or UV light. There is a large underground filter box (10 x 8 x 5) filled with limestone in which good bacteria cleans the water to drinkable purity. This type of pool is much more common in Europe. As a result, there can be more algae formation on the pool surfaces that the robot scrubs off and vacuums. While Maytronics markets a machine for natural pools, it is not available in the US. Many natural pools use a shallow planted area for water regeneration, and the Maytronics natural pool machine has logic to keep the robot out of the planted area. Though it is difficult to get details from Maytronics, the Dolphin Nautilus CC Supreme is otherwise the same as the natural pool robot.

As stated, my pool generates more surface algae than a chemically managed pool, and therefore requires more cleaning time. Currently, you can only run the machine for 1.5, 2.5, or 3.5 hours a day. You can select three modes, walls / waterline only, floor only, or regular (walls / waterline / floor). The problem is if you schedule the cleaning to run routinely, you cannot select the cleaning mode or the duration, it will only run regular mode for 2.5 hours, this is really insufficient for me. I need to be able to select the mode, and the duration , possibly up to 12 hours a day. I have asked Maytronics to enhance the phone app to allow this over the years and only have been thanked for the suggestion.

The robot has three brushes, front, center and rear that consist of rubber flaps. I would prefer to have bristle type brushes as they are better at cleaning textured surfaces. I may investigate retrofitting s bristle brush at some point.

Early on we had problems with the robot not climbing the walls to clean the waterline. We sent the unit in for repair under warrantee. This was a fiasco as twice it was sent back with no work done at all, finally I understand the motor was replaced. After that, I found that the unit would still struggle to climb after a while. This machine is dependent on suction to keep it against the wall. When the mesh filter gets covered with algae, water flow is restricted and it will no longer climb. Initially I propped open the filter cartridges a little to allow water to escape, this worked but was a pain to do after each cleaning. I bought a new set of mesh filters ($70!), cut out the fine mesh, and hand-cut and glued in pieces of nylon window screen instead. I have plenty of water flow, and small debris and algae get collected. Any fine particles vacuumed that escape the screen eventually find their way to the filter. Maytronics also sells an ultra-fine pleated filter which I have, but is of no use. I have suggested they sell a screen-type filter, particularly for spring and fall when there is more debris in the pool. Maybe some day!
