CE-Clarifier is a chitosan-based clarifier designed for swimming pools and fountains, formulated to be different from traditional clarifiers. This all-natural formula contains no synthetic additives, dyes, or polymers, and is NSF/ANSI Standard 50 Certified, non-toxic, and non-hazardous.

What sets CE-Clarifier apart is the addition of commercial-grade CV-600 enzymes. These enzymes significantly enhance performance by breaking down and digesting non-living organic waste, oils, grease, lotions, and sunscreen that cloud pool water. Instead of sending these contaminants to the filter, the enzymes oxidize them into carbon dioxide, which is off-gassed out of the pool.

Managing non-living organic waste is a critical component of proactive pool care and plays an important role in maintaining water clarity. By removing bather waste and oils, CE-Clarifier allows the chitosan to work more effectively. Chitosan, derived from crustaceans, carries a strong positive charge in solution, which attracts negatively charged particles such as debris and pollen. These particles bind together into larger clusters, making them easier to capture in the filter.

The addition of CV-600 enzymes not only improves the breakdown of contaminants but also helps clear the way for better filtration, resulting in noticeably cleaner, clearer, and sparkling water.
