Product description

The D-2 Power Vent is compatible for indoor or outdoor installation on all Raypak Digital models. The D-2s assembly is tested and certified to the latest edition of the American National Standard ANSI Z21.56 for pool heaters. Not only is the D-2 through the wall capable, the vent assembly is a Category III mechanical draft venting system that operates with a positive vent static pressure and with a vent gas temperature that avoids excessive condensate production in the vent.

All sizes are capable of relieving flue gases up to a maximum of 100 equivalent feet of vent length. All models have a 4 diameter exhaust connection. Using the supplied adjustable 90 elbow, the flue gases may be discharged in any direction (see D-2 Power Vent manual for details). Or simply remove the elbow for vertical venting.

D-2 Power Vent is a Dual Voltage Induced Draft Blower (120/240 VOLT), factory set for 240 volts and can also be rewired in the field for 120v operation. The D-2 is safety at Its best. It is equipped with a draft proving switch. This switch ensures that the blower is operating before operating your heater. It is also equipped with a solid state control that allows the blower to purge any residual gas buildup in the heater after the heater has shut down.

Raypak, Inc. (“Raypak”) warrants to the original owner that the below model pool and spa heater (the “Heater”) when installed in the contiguous 48 states of the United States of America with a pool or spa by a properly licensed installer will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the Applicable Warranty Period. The foregoing warranty will extend to subsequent owners solely as required by applicable state law. Under this Limited Warranty, Raypak will, at its option, repair or furnish a replacement for any defective part of the HEATER. The repair or replacement will be warranted for only the unexpired portion of the original Applicable Warranty Period (as defined below). * THIS WARRANTY PERIOD IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR HEATERS INSTALLED ANYWHERE OTHER THAN A SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DWELLING, AS THIS HEATER IS NOT INTENDED FOR COMMERCIAL INSTALLATION.
