Thermometers
In order to get accurate, reliable water temperature readings, you need a manual or digital pool thermometer. As your trusted source for today's best pool supplies, Pool Supply Unlimited has the best selection of pool thermometers to ensure your water is the perfect temperature for ultimate swimmer enjoyment.

What Temperature Should Your Pool Be?
Your pool temperature is an important factor for a number of different reasons. A pool that's too cold can cause shock to swimmers, and a pool that's too warm can leave room for algae and bacteria to grow. The perfect pool temperature for most pools is between 78° and 82° F for the general population. This range can vary slightly, depending on who is swimming in the pool. For instance, children may benefit from swimming in water temperatures closer to 85°F, while the elderly can find more comfort in water temperatures reaching 90°F. Pool thermometers will help you determine your pool temperature so you can either increase or decrease the temperature based on swimmer preferences.
