Ecomatic’s ESC24/36/48 salt cell is the replacement for the ESC24, ESC36 and ESC48 salt systems as well as the newer ESC7000, ESC8000 and ESC9000 systems. As with all Ecomatic cells, the housing is sold separately, and we also recommend adding a new cord (see Other Purchase Options) when replacing the cell. The ESC24/36/48 contains 13 blades as well as a built-in safety sensor.

A number of unique innovations make Ecomatic OEM (original equipment manufacturer) cells like the ESC24/36/48 popular with our customers:

• When set to produce at 50 percent output, cell chlorinates at full power for five minutes then rests for five minutes, helping extend its lifespan and dependability
• Built-in auto delay allows pump to prime at startup, avoiding possible cell damage by ensuring a steady supply of water
• Winter mode allows for chlorine production even with colder water
• Easily detachable housing assembly also helps make cell simple to clean

We offer and endorse Ecomatic OEM cells, such as the ESC24/36/48, as well as generic replacement cells (see Other Purchase Options) that work in all of the same systems: the ESC24, ESC36, ESC48, ESC7000, ESC8000 and ESC9000. The replacement cells are warrantied regardless of which system controls them, with CompuPool generics featuring a two-year warranty compared to one year for Ecomatic original cells.
