V3-Dynamic Venturi Injector™
Prozone’s V3 Patented Dynamic Injector™ technology is a state-of-the-art water/ozone mixer which provides maximum mass transfer of gaseous ozone or liquid chemicals into water with minimum back pressure. A patented dynamic adjustable orifice can be optimized for extended performance and optimization of gas/liquid mixing. Constructed of an ozone/chemical resistant polymer, it has two ports with an internal 360º orifice mixing chamber which provides complete dynamic mixing. Each 1/4″ port has a built in ozone resistant check valve built into it.

Dynamic Injector Theory
Injectors appear to be simple devices, but in fact must be carefully constructed to maximize the ozone mass transfer into the water. The fundamental requirements for efficient mass transfer are:
- The injector must operate at very low flow rates as well as high flow rates
- Maintain a nearly constant water to air/ozone ratio (frothing ratio) as flow increases
- Generate micro-bubbles at the venturi orifice
- Restrict air flow at the venturi orifice to increase the injection pressure
To meet the requirements for efficient ozone transfer, the injector is constructed with the following features:
- ASME injector flow configuration to minimize water pressure drop
- Adjustable 360° annular injection orifice
- Built in restriction at the injection orifice to increase the injection velocity and maintain a constant frothing ratio
- Dynamic injector elements for the production of micro-bubbles
- Dual injector ports to maintain the froth ratio as water pressure increases and allow the mixing of chemicals
- Rugged construction with multiple connection options
- Variable gap width to modify dynamic range
- Internal premixing cavity for dual ports
