Treo LED Pool Light

The Treo light provides outstanding illumination qualities, with even light distribution and a wide beam spread, eliminating the end shadow effect common with other pool lights. The new Treo LED light is available with a 50,000 hour lamp life, color change LED array that has six lockable colors and two color change modes. It will color synchronize with the Color Light Streams series of water features making it a great value in the growing family of 12VAC products by S.R.Smith, formerly Fiberstars. This family of high performance, low power consumption lighting products can be wirelessly controlled by the S.R. Smith 12V power centers that include the PT-6000, WIRTRAN, WPC1-XXXX-T, WPC2-XXXX-T.

The Treo LED light is a 12VAC, 5 Watt LED underwater light for gunite, vinyl liner, and fiberglass pools that features outstanding illumination qualities.

*Due to the variety and large number of manufacturers' fittings available, it may be necessary to field modify the internal shoulder if it is too shallow or too thick. This can be performed in the field in about 1-2 minutes with a 1-3/4" hole saw or small sanding drum. Installs into standard 1.5" wall fittings.

Basic Requirements: Standard 1.5" wall fitting with exposed face and internal threads - initially connects to 1.5" waterproof conduit which terminates and seals above ground.

how to sync lights together?

BEST ANSWER: You can resync the lights by the following steps. ( located on page 2 of the lights owner's manual) turn the lights on to determine they are out of sequence. turn the lights off for 5 seconds. Turn them on then off 3 times as fast as possible ( within 3 seconds) leaving them in the off position for another 5 seconds. Then turn them back on. They will come on in Mode 1 soft color change starting at red, then changing to yellow, then green, then blue, then purple, then white then back to red. Don't like soft color change? turn it off and right back on. You will now be in Mode 2, white. turn them off then right back on and Mode 3 is blue. There are 8 modes. The lights have retained memory. Will come back on the color you turn them off on.

I purchased 3 of these and installed. They are allowing pool water into the conduit. Is there a better gasket i can buy?

BEST ANSWER: There should be water in the conduit, these are water cooled lights. That is normal in all pools. Electrical code typically requires that the junction box be located 18" above water level.

What is the lumens for one of these lights? (white)

BEST ANSWER: I don't know., but they are much brighter than the Fiber Optic ones they replaced. And the transitioning color show looks great.

S.R.Smith, LLC warrants to the original retail purchaser that products manufactured by S.R.Smith, when properly assembled and installed in accordance with S.R.Smith's assembly and installation instructions, and properly used and maintained, shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period of three (3) years from the date of retail purchase except for the following items set forth below:
