Warranty

All warranty claims must go directly through the manufacturer. Davey Water Products provides a manufacturer warranty to the original purchaser for products bought through authorized dealers. Their products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified for each product line, provided they are installed and used according to Davey’s instructions. The warranty begins on the date of purchase, and proof of purchase is required for all claims.

Davey will, at its discretion, repair or replace a defective product or component covered under warranty.
Removal, reinstallation, labor costs, and transportation are not included unless specified.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered.
Misuse, neglect, improper installation, chemical damage, and operation outside recommended specifications void the warranty.
