Warranty

All warranty claims for American Fire Products must be handled directly through the manufacturer.

American Fire Products offers a Lifetime Guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship for products used according to the guidelines in their user manual. To qualify, products must be properly registered with the manufacturer. If a product is not registered, it may only be eligible for a Limited Warranty.

To file a warranty claim, the original purchaser must notify American Fire Products within 30 days of discovering the defect. Authorization is required before returning any item, and claims must include proof of purchase and an image of the installed product. Products returned without this documentation will be serviced out of warranty at standard rates.

This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, transit damage, rust, or color changes. American Fire Products’ liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product, and they are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
