Warranty
All warranty claims are handled directly through the manufacturer. IPS Controllers provides limited warranties covering defects in materials and workmanship when products are properly installed and used under normal operating conditions.
Commercial chemical controller electronics, including the M920 Series, M820, M790, and M770 models, are covered by a 5-year limited warranty from the date of installation. All other commercial controller components, including pH and ORP probes, flow cells, and flow switches, are covered for 1 year.
VidaPure chemical controller electronics are covered by a 2-year limited warranty from the date of installation. Other VidaPure components, including pumps, flow cells, flow switches, and sensors, are covered for 1 year, with sensors warranted for one year from the date of factory purchase.
Pump tube assemblies and rubber components are considered perishable and are not covered. Warranty coverage is limited to repair or replacement at IPS Controllers’ discretion and excludes damage caused by transportation, improper installation, misuse, improper chemical handling, or use outside the product’s intended application. All warranty claims must be submitted directly to IPS Controllers.
