Warranty

All warranty service and claims go directly through the manufacturer, Blue‑White Industries.

Blue‑White Industries provides limited warranty coverage on its products, with terms varying by product line and subject to proper maintenance and usage:

FlexFlo Peristaltic Pumps:

2-year warranty applies to standard peristaltic pump models.
For select models such as the M4, a 5-year warranty is offered.

A2A System:

Covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of factory shipment.

Maintenance Requirements:

Proper cleaning and maintenance of pumps (specifically pump heads) is essential; failure to do so will void the warranty.
